Welcome to TradingAlarm. TradingAlarm is a product of IAMDS Swiss GmbH. These Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the use of our product TradingAlarm. By using our services, you agree to these terms and accept the processing of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

2. Service Description

Our strategy combines technical indicators, fundamental analysis, and chart analysis to identify promising investment opportunities. This provides comprehensive insights, timely notifications, and well-founded analyses, enabling you to make informed decisions and effectively navigate the stock market. 

Weekly, you will receive an email with a selected stock and additional interesting stocks, which are not further described. Our careful selection process integrates technical and fundamental data to provide you with a comprehensive evaluation. Additionally, we inform you about other interesting stocks and adjust our updates flexibly to market conditions. 

Our analyses include essential information about the stock, technical charts, fundamental comments on company performance, and references to similar investment opportunities. 

From time to time, we may change the features, offerings, and services included in your TradingAlarm subscription. However, we will provide you with advance notice of any material changes. 

3. Terms of Use

Our services are available to all users who are at least 18 years old. Individuals under 18 years old may only use our services with the explicit consent of their parents or guardians. By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have obtained the consent of your parents or guardians. 

4. Contract and Duration

Monthly and annual subscriptions are available. The contract term begins with the subscription. The weekly analysis is not necessarily sent on the same weekday each week. After the contract is concluded, the user will receive the first analysis either in the week of subscription conclusion or the following week. This depends on the day the subscription was concluded and the day the analysis is usually sent in that week. Thus, the first analysis may arrive either promptly or in the following week, depending on the timing. 

Cancellation Notice: The subscription renews automatically unless canceled. Cancellation must occur by the end of the previous month. In the case of a free month, the subscription will also automatically renew, and the monthly fee will be due from the following month. The free month must also be canceled within the regular cancellation period. 

Right of Withdrawal: You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email). Lifetime Subscription: A lifetime subscription refers to the lifetime of the TradingAlarm service. This means that the subscription is valid as long as the service is actively operated. If TradingAlarm is discontinued for any reason, the lifetime subscription will also end.

8. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions (AGB) at any time. If significant changes are made, we will inform you of the planned changes in a timely manner via email. The amended terms will take effect no earlier than 30 days after the notification. 

You have the right to object to the changes within 14 days after receiving the notification. If you do not object to the changes within this period, the new terms will be deemed accepted. In the event of an objection, we have the right to terminate the contract in accordance with the agreed notice period. 

It is recommended to regularly review the Terms and Conditions to stay informed about any changes. The current version of the Terms and Conditions is always available on our website. 

9. Final Provisions

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions is Zurich. 

Severability Clause 

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is or becomes invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced by a valid and enforceable provision that most closely reflects the economic intent of the invalid or unenforceable provision. The same applies in the event of a contractual gap.
